Update on Boy Scouts of America Bankruptcy Filing

It was announced on Monday, March 1, 2021 that the Boy Scouts of America filed a Plan of Reorganization as an initial step in their bankruptcy case. This plan appears to give a significantly lower amount in compensation to victims.

We want to reassure all our current and potential BSA clients that this is not the final settlement and is only the beginning of a long legal battle. Our team of attorneys are ready to fight for fair compensation on your behalf.

Were You Abused as a Boy Scout?

On February 18th, 2020, The Boy Scouts of America filed for bankruptcy due to hundreds of sexual abuse lawsuits against them. Reports document over 12,000 victims of sexual assault against boys while scouting dating as far back as 1965. We believe there are many more victims who have not yet come forward to report their story of abuse. If you were a victim of this sexual abuse, no matter how long ago, you may be entitled to a substantial settlement. You have a limited amount of time to file your claim, so fill out of the form above to see if you qualify.
